Mae Rhidian yn Brif Swyddog gyda Menter Iaith Sir Benfro ac wedi gweithio i’r sefydliad ers 20 mlynedd. Yn ystod y blynyddoedd mae cydweithio agos wedi bod ar brosiectau cymunedol rhwng y Fenter â Chelfyddydau Span ac wrth ymuno â’r Bwrdd edrychir ymlaen at gryfhau a datblygu hyn ymhellach a chael cynnig cymorth wrth drefnu digwyddiadau Cymraeg.
