Daeth Codwch eich Llais Sir Benfro \u00e2 llawer o\u2019n grwpiau canu gwych a\u2019n prosiectau at ei gilydd gan wneud ymdrech i dorri record trwy greu c\u00f4r i bontio\u2019r cenedlaethau gyda chantorion rhwng 0 a 100 oed. Mae\u2019r ffilm hon yn adrodd hanes y digwyddiad ac yn rhoi sylw penodol i berfformiad angerddol C\u00f4r Pawb o\u2019r g\u00e2n newydd \u2018Sing\u2019 a gyfansoddwyd gan Molara fel rhan o\u2019r prosiect.
