Fodd bynnag, nid yw’r cymunedau hyn ar hyn o bryd yn weladwy, yn cael eu cefnogi, na’u dathlu fel y dylent eu bod o fewn hunaniaeth y gymuned ehangach. I ddechrau mynd i’r afael \u00e2 hyn, mae SPAN yn gobeithio cefnogi creu modelau r\u00f4l gwirfoddol gweledol o’r cymunedau trawsffurfiol hyn o hunaniaeth.<\/p>\n

Gyda’ch cymorth fel gwirfoddolwr, gallwn greu rhaglen fywiog a hygyrch o weithgareddau creadigol ledled Sir Benfro, gan gynnig cyfleoedd i bobl ddysgu sgiliau newydd, ymgysylltu’n gorfforol, a mynegi eu hunain mewn modd creadigol.<\/p>\n
