Ar \u00f4l gradd yn y dramadeg a Llenyddiaeth Ffrangeg, aeth Molara ymlaen i fod yn aelod gwreiddiol o arloeswyr dawns ddu Zion Train. Yn dilyn hyn, bu hi&#8217;n canu a recordio gyda llawer o fandiau ac artistiaid sy&#8217;n cynnwys Mad Professor, Femi Kuti, The Ruts DC a Baka Beyond.Mae hi&#8217;n feithriniaeth cerddoriaeth ac fe sefydlodd One Voice Choir yn 2005 i ddathlu ei chariad at dechnegau canu rhyngwladol, ac roedd hi&#8217;n un o&#8217;r sefydlwyr o&#8217;r Festival Sofran A Cappella Narberth yn 2008. Mae hi&#8217;n ymddiriedolwr i&#8217;r Rhwydwaith Llais Naturiol.Mae hi wedi darparu darpariaeth addysgol o gerddoriaeth a&#8217;r celfyddydau i bobl o 0 i 106 oed, o wahanol alluoedd a chefndiroedd ers 1992, ac mae hi wedi gweithio i Span Arts, Theatre Cenedlaethol Cymru, Cyngor Celfyddydau Cymru a Ruskin Mill Trust.Mae hi&#8217;n gefnogwr angerddol o hawliau dynol a bu&#8217;n gweithio &#8230;<\/p><p>Mae hi&#8217;n gefnwr brwdfrydig o hawliau dynol ac mae wedi gweithio gyda Chyngor Hrace Cymru, cynllun gweithredu cydraddoldeb rasol Llywodraeth Cymru, ac yn hyrwyddo Deddf Seni ar
