    Make Narberth bloom! Join SPAN and fill your town with vibrant community-made planters.
    Join SPAN in make beautiful, recycled planters to fill Narberth with glorious colour. SPAN has received funding from the ‘Doing Small Things Fund’ to run a community planter project for the local community to take ownership of their town. Join forces creatively to make a difference to the town and fill Narberth with the vibrant, colourful plants that reflect our glowing community. These planters will not only look beautiful all year around but will be filled with edible plants available to all, housed in skilfully made, reclaimed wood planters.

    We want your Earths, Clays and rocks! SPAN invites you to join Rhiannon Rees’s gentle painting project to map out your Pembrokeshire.
    We are delighted to invite you to participate in Rhiannon Rees’s Gentle Painting Project as part of SPAN Arts’ 2024 Love Stories to Nature program. For our latest commission for Love Stories to Nature, artist Rhiannon Rees is running a gentle painting project and for this we are collecting dry soil, rocks and pebbles from around Pembrokeshire.

Room Hire

SPAN Studio

As well as being our volunteering and administrative centre, the SPAN Studio space is available for hire and suitable for running small events, workshops, talks and meetings. 

The Studio is suitable for running small events, workshops, talks and meetings. Parking is available in the public car park (charges apply). Capacity is 30 but only 6 if social distancing measures are required.

Hire includes: Studio space, fully equipped kitchen (please bring your own refreshments), toilet facilities (which are shared with other building users) and access to Wifi.

Rates

  • Up to 3 hours £50 (£40 for 3rd sector organisations and artists)
  • 4 to 8 hours £75 (£65 for 3rd sector organisations and artists)
  • Projector hire £5
  • Room set up £5

SPAN Office (currently unavailable)

Office space (6m x 4m) is available upstairs in the SPAN building. It is suitable for 3 to 4 workers and has a sink. This space is not wheelchair accessible. Furniture and computers not included. Hire includes: 

  • Access to Wifi
  • Heat and Light 
  • Access to toilet and kitchen 
  • Office cleaning 

Rate: Monthly hire £200 

SPAN Hot Desk 

If you need temporary desk space SPAN is happy to offer a place to work. You will need to provide your own equipment. Hire includes: 

  • Access to Wifi
  • Heat and Light 
  • Access to toilet and kitchen 

Rate: Daily hire £15
