Alongside her work at SPAN, Di Ford is an artist and creative experience designer specialising in immersive collage workshops that combine brand storytelling, team wellbeing, and creative exploration. With a background in theatre design and over a decade of facilitation experience, she designs engaging sessions that spark reflection, boost morale, and help people reconnect with their creativity.

Di’s workshops are tailored for brands, businesses, and communities—supporting everything from team building and wellness to creative strategy and content creation. Her inclusive, thoughtful approach makes space for everyone, regardless of experience, to explore and express themselves.

Since launching her practice during lockdown, Di has collaborated with a wide range of organisations to deliver sessions that encourage connection, clarity, and joy. Whether through vision boarding, analogue collage, or digital tools, her work champions creativity as a powerful tool for wellbeing and transformation.
